Where is the boat located?
Our boats are docked along the Christina River at the Wilmington Riverfront. We are located directly behind Iron Hill Brewery and Taco Grande.
Throughout the season our Tiki boat is docked at the Chesapeake Inn restaurant in Chesapeake City, MD. Please make sure you plan accordingly!
Is there a restroom?
Yes, we do have a restroom on board.
Is there a bar on board?
Yes, we do have a bar on board serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
Is there seating available?
We typically have enough seating for everyone. Seating is first-come first-serve. Guests are permitted to get up and move about the vessel so typically no one is seated for the entire cruise. We encourage everyone to mingle and there is plenty of room for dancing!
Is smoking allowed?
Unfortunately we do not allow our passengers to smoke while on board.
How soon do I need to check in?
Please check the schedule for boarding and departure times. It is recommended that you arrive 20 minutes prior to posted departure time. You will need to check in at our Ticket Booth conveniently located near the dock or have your mobile confirmation available at boarding.
Can we decorate the boat?
If you reserved a private boat you are welcome to decorate and set up any essentials you may need. Please reach out and get approval for any large items.
For public cruises, you are welcome to bring props/small party supplies.
Do you offer Catered parties?
We do not provide any catering but there are many local restaurants that provide catering for our private charters! Give us a call if you would like any recommendations.
We do not offer/ allow food on public cruises.

What is the cancellation policy? Weather policy?
If you cancel: Up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled cruise, you may reschedule your trip to a different date or a full refund will be given. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise, you may reschedule to a different date or receive a credit. Remember to please arrive at least thirty minutes prior to departure time. If you no-show or if you are late and miss the boat we will not provide a refund or credit.
If we cancel: In the event that the cruise does not meet the minimum number of passengers to set sail, or if weather conditions are too poor to sail per company safety requirements, we will notify you as soon as possible by the telephone number or email address provided when the reservation was made. You will be asked to reschedule or if that is not possible a full refund will be issued. Our vessel is 75% covered so most of our cruises are rain or shine.
Is swimming allowed?
No, swimming is not allowed. There is a very swift current. Guests could be fined if intentionally entering the water.
Is there a minimum number of passengers required to depart?
Typically we require a minimum of 10 passengers to depart. If we need to cancel we will do our best to notify any booked customers as soon as possible.
Can I bring pets on board?
Sorry, no personal pets on the scheduled tours. Only ADA recognized service animals. Please give us a call for our policy about pets on Private Charters.
Do I tip the crew?
Our staff works very hard to ensure a safe and fun cruise for everyone. So please show your appreciation by tipping!
What is the boat’s capacity?
Our Party Boat can accommodate over 40 passengers.
Are there any age requirements for the cruises?
Everyone is welcome on our cruises unless specified. A child must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 16. Identification is required for alcoholic beverage purchases. Alcohol will only be served to those 21 years of age and older.
In an emergency, will someone be able to reach me while the boat is out?
Yes. The vessel remains very close to shore at all times and should be within cell phone range throughout the trip.
